For who is our services are for?
- For people that are committed. You have to be willing to put in the work together with us to get your project done.
- For those who have a clear vision in mind. We won’t take your project if you have no idea what business objective you’re trying to achieve.
- For serious people who are prepared to make time and money investments that are required for the project.
For who is this NOT for?
- Deal chasers. We understand that a budget is an important factor in every project. However, if you’re just looking for the cheapest price possible and that’s your only concern – we are not a good fit.
- Idea chasers. If you think that when we build you this website or app you will miraculously become a millionaire overnight – it won’t happen.
- People that are too busy. If you can’t invest your time to work with us on your project – we can’t help you.
How much does a design project cost?
Every project is different so we can’t give you an exact price. Here are some rough estimates so that you know what you can expect.
On average, for logo design the price is going to be around $400 – $900, and for a small website is going to be around $1,800 – $5,000. Websites that have 10+ pages or require advanced functionality usually cost more.

Do you help with bug fixes as well?
Maybe. It all depends on the nature of your problem but if you need to only change color and font on your website or add new imagery/content – we’re a good fit!
Without a clearly defined scope of work, we recommend a client/vendor relationship based upon hours. We track the hours spent and invoice you for the time based upon an agreed-upon rate. Contact us to learn more about our hourly rate.
How do I get a estimate?
If you would like to join us and become a client, then we’d be delighted to have you!
1. Schedule a Free Call: we’ll talk about your project and I’ll return to you with a precise project proposal;
2. Sign your Statement of Work (SOW): The statement of work will act as a formal agreement between both our agency and you, as our client.
3. We Start the Project: With the full scope defined and SOW signed, we start the project. Project timelines vary depending on client feedback turnaround times.
What type of payment and terms do you accept?
Payment can be made by: Debit Card, Credit Card, or Transfer (Zelle). Paypal payments have an additional processing fee of 3%. Invoices will be sent via Quickbooks.
The payment terms and invoice schedule is structured to benefit both the client and agency with the objective of keeping the amount paid by the client in balance with the amount of work completed by the agency. The project is broken into phases to provide structure around both the execution of the project and payment for the work. The proposed payment terms and invoicing schedule is negotiable if it does not fit within the client’s Accounts Payable standards.
